    • Hi all, didn't expect my first post to be like this! After a fair bit of soul-searching I have decided to sell my Mav 185, this is a MY22 with very low hours.  I am finding that with other commitments it is not getting used, and therefore someone else can benefit from it! Comes with absolutely everything that a beginner (post-course) would need: Maverick 185 with only 21 flying hours.  Carbon E-Props.  Mint condition BGD Magic 26m wing.  Mint condition - recent service at the Loft which included reserve re-pack. IC2 Helmet with Visor option Stuff bag, prop covers, net bag, altimeter, spare fuel tank (new and unused), 2x 10l Jerry cans (both full and oil mix ready), 2x Baofeng radios, O-Zee winter flying suit (as new, worn once), windsock with one used and new brand new 5m pole.  Reserve chute, fully fitted and repacked. All bought new by me, receipts and report from the Loft can be provided.  All of this is in as new condition and was purchased from Sky School after my course.  With all the extra bits I have purchased (suit etc.) this cost over £10K. Looking for £7K.  Located near Towcester, Northamptonshire.   Call 07966 181520 or e-mail [email protected] for more details.
    • Seems like a lot of work and perhaps maintainance or stress. I believe I'll just use self access storage
    • A shed could work. They can be as fancy or as simple as you want. But as already mentioned, well insulated, damp proof with a heater for cold days in winter would be a good start.
    • I think the main thing to guard against is damp. Insulate the inside and make the door weather proof with some sort of seal. Use a small shed heater in winter months with a thermostat to avoid wasted energy. You could fit secondary glazing to any window, find something cheap it doesn't have to look pretty after all.
    • You think a shed could work? Any advice on it? Thank you 😃
