Valley Farm
Kings Lynn
PE31 6DW.

As always we will have the club's fire pit with us so if you can bring a handful of logs with you that would be awesome!

The plan is to have 'posh bogs' like the ones at the bore chasers fly-in. :-)

We will also have a licensed fully stocked 'Bar'. They have a full range of wines beers and spirits which will be sold at great prices! (this will be situated in the main tent (which is normally empty!) licence covers until 01:00hrs plenty of notice for last orders will be given. :-)

Food: Breakfasts as normal, Full english, bacon butty, and so on... Lunch Mobile fish and chip 'shop' anything you can buy from a fish and chip shop will be available. (this guy normally attends weddings and such so not a greasy 'van' as you would imagine to expect.) all of the fish is local and fresh :-)Evenings Chilly's, curries, pies, + all above will be available, including vegetarian options.

As always it would be great if you could RSVP to give us a rough idea of numbers.

User Feedback

Hi everyone,

i have been Paramotoring for 4 years now. To attend and fly at this event do I need to be rated or passed some sort of classification? If so can somone advise me on what is required and how to get it please.

Will I need insurance?

I mostly fly on my own as there are limited pilots in my area, only flow with others on two occasions. Hopefully going to meet up with others to fly by contact using the MAP. "excellent idea"

Happy safe flying

    • yep it's easy I have done it. Drilled a hole through the frame upright and added a "Pip Pin" to secure the pulley
    • I ordered a Trail Tech probe and display, as they appear to be held in higher regard compared to the Runleader. I ordered it from a UK supplier and it never arrived so, after a PayPal dispute, got my money back. After taking advice I decided not to bother.
    • I've got the same probe, and had 2 break now. Waste of time. I ordered another probe which is way more substantial, but it doesn't work with the ringleader .. resistance is different. I've now removed the two grub screws from the broken runleader probe, and the temp sensor just comes out. I've cut the crimp off the other one and done the same.  I intend to fill the good probe ring with CPU thermal paste, insert the runleader probe into it and crimp it.  It feels like the new probe ring will last, it's much thicker. Time will tell whether this works. Did you find a solution?
    • Hi Martyn, I'm interested in Paramotoring but does not seem to me there is any interest in my area and that is Morecambe. Can you email me please so we can have a chat and find some help near us in the way of instructors.
