  1. If you put it in as a classifieds ad many more people will see it. https://www.paramotorclub.org/classifieds/ SW
  2. I was thinking the same... Brilliant idea, but I would expect to be able to taste the petrol fumes by morning. A separator not dissimilar to the one it has that reaches the top to make a seal would be a simple solve for that I recon. SW
  3. Hi Dave, we only had 3 people yesterday and they came from London to Membury and home again. Non of them have kit yet. There are other clubs locally you could try but happy to say 100% not one of us. SW
  4. We are a fair distance but seem to teach many people from your area www.paramotortraining.com will get you to our site Welcome to the Paramotor Club! SW
  5. How perfect is that for a match up of someone selling V someone wanting! SW

  7. Nice chatting. Hopefully gave you some things to think about. Good luck with your efforts and if I can help in any way please just shout. (you have my number) This is the website for the Navigation company who I am sure will sponsor your Navigation hardware and software http://www.airboxaero.com/ Please do mention that we spoke. This may also tickle you These guys did what you are going to do. (except to Dover rather than Land's end) enjoy! lolol SW
  8. I am very much a believer of if it ain't broke don't fix it SW
  9. I have one that I have never fitted (not selling it though) as it will eventually go on the motor when it's for sale. Just saying, never fitted it, no problems x 2 moster engines in the School. Main reason for not fitting to the school machines is that it's something else to break in the event of an accidental tumble and as you say, £140 is allot of money for that part. SW
  10. Welcome to the Paramotor Club. The lands end to JOG flight is deffo an interesting adventure. When we did it in 2007 one of the big problems for me as the organiser was to tie in at locations with the media. We have around 20 meetings arranged with various people across the UK. It went off to a good start with Devon and Cornwall covering the story, but from there on in, it was almost impossible to predict where we would be and when we would be there. So off that back of this experience I would suggest that you appoint a 'Media Co-ordinator' for the duration of your trip. We would of course be happy to teach you the easy bit (the flying). give me a quick buzz for a chat. SW
  11. Do you have a pic of that all packed on to your Paramotor for us? The reason I shared this was mainly the 'one bag' solution which looks as though it would fit onto just about any paramotor For hardcore mountain work this is clearly not the kit to have, but for a weekend BBQ in Wales it 'looks' like a great idea to me. SW
  12. Mate I would be a bad person to use as I could sleep up a tree draped over a branch in a storm SW
  13. Check out this little number for those who like a bit of adventure with there Paramotoring https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/rhinowolf-the-all-in-one-attachable-super-tent-camping-travel#/ A little pricey to be fair, but looks just the job ( I would think, a slightly longer bag, not as wide would fit nicely under the petrol tank on a Zenith!! SW
  14. Another little milestone of over 11,000 topics posted on this forum! Huge thanks to everyone who takes part both, asking and answering questions and helping one another generally! It's at little points like this where I think back to when the Paramotor Club first started (before Facebook even existed!!!) lolol I remember being excited and energised by getting 30 people in the what was then 'local' club. That was the start of what we have here today! You are all awesome! SW
  15. Hi Pablo and welcome to the Paramotor Club The latest thing that I heard (from someone who knows more about the 200's than is healthy for a person... is that the exhaust port has a raised area that needs filing off. (porting and polishing) You may also like to read through this thread if you have not already SW
  16. Thanks for posting! I have seen a few people using these to great effect. SW
  17. Thank's for joining to those who have I am happy to say that you should be able to post, upload and such as normal inside of the club now. SW

  19. Sorry all for a bit of a false launch with the new 'Clubs' area of the site. https://www.paramotorclub.org/clubs/ Thanks to those who have joined a club and or started one. (only to find that only the people who started a club are the only ones who could post!!! lolol) That issue has now gone away and you can ALL start a club of your own or join one of the existing ones and post to it as normal Phew! that's been a royal pain in the arse!! lolol SW
