  1. Just re read your original and answered my own questions Bit long winded to give a reason why but I would say you've got crap in your carb. Clean it out and fit a service kit. (£12 from Rowena carbs) Sent from my iPhone using PMC Forum mobile app
  2. It's supposed to turn over continually if you keep you finger on the button If it's been laid up for a few months the carb diaphragms will be past their best. Do you have fuel getting into the cylinder? Does the plug get wet if you turn it over with the choke on? Sent from my iPhone using PMC Forum mobile app

  10. Can't think of anything better than the lingering smell of 2 stroke and a waft of smoke, to attack the senses and give a third dimension to a display. It's not as if a kitten dies every time the smoke button is pressed Sent from my iPhone using PMC Forum mobile app

  14. How's about another angle. A cold engine is more powerful than a hot one. A correctly pitched prop will reach operating temp at max revs and stay pretty much there. An over pitched prop will spin up to max revs when cold. but will then quickly loose power and slow down as the motor is forced to work harder and hotter. Probably Sent from my iPhone using PMC Forum mobile app
