Thanks Mark, i was thinking of changing to a gtx from my nuc but did mot want to go back to a small wing and ceap economy, my last wing was a 23 revo 2, proberly keep the nuc for a few months more. Reason i was so interested in how it flew for you is that i will be looking to change my motor after this summer, and will almost certainly be going for the v5

dont think anyone has doubted his talent, if he werent such an arsehole he could be a briliant showcase for the sport. -
Mark was it the 22 you flew,? if so did you find you had to put more power on than when on your speedster? I am just thinking wether it would give good fuel economy.

Landing - to switch off or not to switch off...

dont leave it too late to kill your engine, I left it to the last 50ft on an XC once and due to cold hands missed the kill switch, with the ground hurtling up towards me I pulled brake only to inadvertidly pull the throttle too, it got messy, the end result was a broken prop and torn netting. lesson learned. -

I bought a pair of those Al, I have not ried them flying yet but have tried them on a very cold day while out on my mountain bike, they worked great, even my fingers wich being first to catch the cold air on a bike really stayed nice and warm
