pete_b
It will help us a lot if we know the number of people coming to the flyin, as we are/were going to do a BBq If you are coming would you buy the food from the BBQ or do you prefer to bring and cook your own?? the reason we would like to know is that we do not want to be left with a load of burgers sausages and bread rolls at the end as this will eat in to any profit that we may make. Malcs
I'm sure my Jen will do a bit of breakfast cooking, then again I probably could as I doubt very much I'll be flying now!
Guest
I am sure we can arrange for bacon buttes for breakfast. Any wedge we make will boost club funds, so as long as people are happy with that... Bacon buttes it is. I am happy to do the morning stint as well if needed as I am normally the first up. SW

Guest
now the question is what's an acceptable cost for: 1. Cheese Burger, £3? 2. Bacon butty, £2.50? 3, Sausage butty £3? does this sound acceptable? to cheep or to expensive? I am sure it is the range of making profit (more so if we have accurate numbers of people so please place a vote above to let us know your coming if you have not done so. edwardc
Whilst I should be encouraging people to spend money that benefits the PMC I think that it is a bit expensive for a 'butty' If, however, it was a baguette then the price is right (come on down ) Hope that a baguette is not too posh for some of the members! Guest
I am just bringing this back up to the top. Please tick a box on the vote above if your coming to the fly-in (you need to be logged in to see the vote) It will make it much better for us to get an idea for food / space requirements. As it stands, we have 28 people attending, I know there are a few people coming who have not yet tick one of the above boxes. and we are expecting closer to 40 people to be there! It's only 2 weeks away now SW
