asquaddie
Looking at purchasing a house near to Swindon with 4 acres of land next to it….. Without stating the obvious idea – any ideas how I could use the land for an income? Land is flat, grazing type with grass on top And yes! I'm no land expert... Cheers Tony
stuartasutherland
You could rent out the grazing to a local livestock farmer. Many large arable farmers may not now be interested in 4 acres - too small with their large equipment. Of course, houses are a very profitable crop.
