It seems to be sitting around 180-220 on the CHT (which is my usual working CHT). its a PPG meter.

Hi, can anyone help? I've recently put an EGT on my Thor 200 to help with tuning and keep a better eye on temps. From what I can see, i should be sitting around 600 degrees. It is sitting about 2 inches from the exhaust outlet, just before it goes round the bend. I've just replaced my old card (walbro) for a new one as it wasn't holding pressure. My mate checked the new one and all is fine. I'm struggling still to get it to run sweet but just wanted to know what your experience of EGT is please and reasons as to why I should be reaching 800+ degrees. My CHT reads normal at about 180 - 200. Paramotors - they're great when they are working!

Sorry, only just seen this. Assume you have done it now as we had great weather. I've done Ben Lomond, nice trip up from Drymen. There is a decent field near Drymen that is popular for PPG.
