  1. I remove primer bulb because one way valves in this make very big fuel flow resistor (try blow by mouth) and difficulties for walbro fuel pump ,insted of that I pressurise tank blowing by tube.I use also one way valve wich no need very big pressure (like those from prime bulb) And other reason was to prevent fuel flow back to tank when I spiral dive with engine on Modification prevent stall engine
  2. Until you try,you want be know But personaly I think its save some money and to buy known brand paramotor-no need to be expensive with good service and available parts, than cheap paramotor without chance of service and parts received with defects after 6monts
  3. To silver88 Do you have carburetor walbro wg8 or walbro wg10 Please check metering lever high, must be no less than 1.7mm carb body if its less(for example 1.6 or 1.5mm) than carburetor give too much fuel =4÷4.5l/hour
  4. I would like to help airworthy with noise One think probably you didnt check its silencer wrappings, very often unburnt oil cloging fibreglass wrapping make this useless and loud -you need to simply repleace wraping it self, find instruction on youtube.
  5. I hope everyone talking about 83÷85kg all up,other way 83kg +35kg equipment with fuel give about 120kg which is for so tiny engine to much You can fly but In windless condition you need runway like Concorde Especialy for apcoforce -power-hungry And rev it up to 8000 or more not help in quiet
  6. Hpr 180 looks like copy Red head 180 which is copy of Corsair Cylinder on Hpr 180 its similar to Parmakit
  7. I have manual in pdf for you But cannot put this in here don know why.
  8. Or this one http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-926-motul-800-2t-factory-line-off-road-fully-synthetic-motorcycle-engine-oil.aspx Its little better than castrol 2T Especially in summer and hot wheater Viscosity are higher in 100 °C =better lubricating
  9. Yeap 16 psi its really good But if you like more smooth midrange revs you can do this http://www.webring.org/l/rd?ring=2fly;id=1;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwebspace.webring.com%2Fpeople%2Fbf%2Fflphg%2Fidle_adaptation.html Throttle plates modification give really preaty job On photo from link its walbro wb32 and wg8 But walbro wb32 are exactly the same like wb37(exept valve control membrane in wb37 not installed) I personally make and recommend do this .
  10. Walbro wb 37 Reseat pressure 14÷12psi never less than 10 Optimum popoff 14÷18psi My own experience 12psi popoff pressure its to loow ,very often under vibration running engine needle valve its not seal properly and give to much fuel You can get new metering spring from Rowena carburetor part no 98-192 This set you stright thrue to 16psi popoff pressure
  11. The best will be repleace sensor with cabel some CHT unit has this option For me loks like broke wire screen around core and ignition noise get in thrue ,I was exactly same problem long time ago wondering whats going on So far TTO CHT unit are best for me
  12. Forgive him. In Russian Arctic zone have no power lines. They still useing kerosene lamps But how he get that ppg unit ???
  13. I not promise but I think have one in wooden shed, tell you later.
  14. Confirm Pass over "super dell" in Super Distance Black Hawk pararamotors are reputable brand. With your weight 187lb will be better take somethink more power full 180cc Other way you need runway like Concorde jet ?
  15. I put my 5pence How many flyers after fly pack they wings dry ? Or if its damp dry in home? Dynema lines need a good stretch this type of line like to.shrink itself if no used Same are to the lines of the Wet or damp lines are prone for shrinking, sometimes significant shrink in centimetres . How many flyers regulary check wing canopy and lengths of lines by profesional service??? We need to full trim are wings every 100 hr or 2 -3 years Or much much earlier if lines have contact with water But reality are different ,everyone just fly Shrinkage row C and D leading to stall the wing in lower speed http://extremesports.about.com/od/acro-paragliding/fl/The-Curse-of-the-Incredible-Shrinking-Paragliding-Line.htm But apco force 2 are used on dynema lines this are relly painfull stuff. Unused for long time(no loaded )they can shrink it self significantly in inches This are small sample Hi, First a disclosure, I'm the technical manager at Marlow so I have a vested interest. We produce hundreds of thousands of metres of D12 type rope each year and the feedback for 99% of it is good. However we have have had rare reports like this one spanning perhaps 10 years, only 2-3 per year though. With such few reports it's difficult to pin down exactly what's happening. These reports cover several different industry areas and applications, D12 and D12 MAX, covered and uncovered ropes. We've never found a fault in the material or the construction suggesting that this shrinkage is due to the environment in which the rope is used/stored. The common factor appears to be that the ropes reduce in length while in an unloaded condition rather than when in use or even when new. What we can definitly say is: -All the ropes are made from DSM Dyneema fibre, either SK75 or SK78. -This phenomenon has been reported on both D12 and D12 MAX which undergo different stretching conditions. -Dyneema does not shrink in water like some other fibres. -Dyneema will shrink if it gets hot when under no tension. As this can affect both D12 and D12 MAX I don't think the stretching process we put the rope through here at the factory is the cause. Some of the ropes have not been used until months after stretching so residual 'shrink back' is unlikely. We've also not seen this occur with rope in our factory. DSM Dyneema (the fibre producer) have been informed of this in the past and heat is the only explanation they've been able to offer. Therefore the most likely cause and the only one we've been able to re-produce in the factory here is that the ropes have been exposed to elevated temperatures while they are stored, the sort of temperatures required would be possible if they were in a mast in the sun for instance. Unfortunately this can only really be proved or disproved by feedback from people who have seen this issue and can report on the conditions the rope was under when it happened. Until then it just remains the leading theory. I also see from the previous post that it's happened to the Chinese UHPME fibre as well So it's not just us! BTW: For the record: EB's Dynamic range is made from exactly the same fibres and has very similar construction and stretching process as the D12 so is unlikely to behave any differently in this respect Same problem have kite surfers http://www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Kitesurfing/General/Shrunken-lines/ But we are in danger if unknown that http://www.ojovolador.com/eng/read/reports/lines/ Sorry about the long post, hopefully it's helpful!
  16. Im afraid you need to dismantle the prop is well. Other way you need van If course somehow you can squize your motor with prop but you requesting this way damage to your prop For many years i put on and take offf prop without any problem Iv got mondeo hatchback
  17. Side effect of that is working better than viagra ?????
  18. Sometimes very rich mixture especialy in break-in engine ,shorting lifespan spark plug 1 Get new spark plug -chipest way Best plugs are NGK B9ES do not use BR9ES unless you don have resisor in the cap-you not need double resistor (cap resistor+spark plug resistor = poor spark I have like others sytuation where plug gone for unknown reasons.new nearly always help. 2 check wires ,especialy under kill switch in your throtle handle, and connection with ignition coil- sometimes wire cracking and make direct connection with body 3 very rare sometimes sparkplug cap can gone ,most of manufactures fit in there resistor ,can fail 4 coil pack fail ?
  19. Do you have problem,or just make experiments? ?? Moster 185 plus have most of the body Anodized black (cylinder head, carter)or silver (cylinder block) Anodized surface are electric insulator To test spark plug like posts above you need to find clean not painted(not anodized) piece of surface or zink coated bolt
  20. Hi Anybody flying today close to northampton about 1-2pm??? Last few days have fly in the same place and think to change scenario. if I can joint to somebody will be great. Up to 1hr drive?
