  3. until you use your moster to normal steady flight it would say -ok but if you start to really "enjoying" fly,trouble step up. bad designed cylinder head(too short cylinder head radiator ribs-light engine element) and cylinder barrel fins are overheated everything in name of light construction any two stroke cylinder engine should not rich 220 C deg on normal CHT sensor (until you've got EGT) because in real that temp are delayed ,and its a lot higher and its deadly for aluminium motor its a shame to have power full motor, but you cannot use it.
  4. me to use hi octane,momentum 99 from tesco. reason are obvious, most popular 95 are blended with terrible amount of water(instead of alcohol -ethanol) more likely slurry-a lot less lubricating,a lot more carbon deposit(natural ) on piston and cylinder head if you not believe- try at home with care put 1/4 liter 95 octane in jar and shake do the same with 99 octane and compare because is to much water in 95 mixture after shake are milky white-not transparent or crystal clear "you get what you pay for"-but not always
  5. moster are for people who like spend more time in service. my old friend Jan Mlodyszewski R.I.P had a looot problems exactly with exhaust the title is "Moster I'll send you to the scarp yard" if any one would like a very reliable PPG stay a way from moster. many people would like to say standard problem with pull starter,cracking exhaust-very thin tin,pig to weld and cracking again close by, some friends give me moster as service,where after taking off the piston you can see blue(burnt) piston pin and damage top end con rod bearing.of course replacement needed belt usualy not outstanding 30h,and if you tie the belt to strong,engine carter likes to crack light construction moster 185 always means trouble. 4:45 watch out in this moment spring exhaust crack and rip wing. problems carry on exhaust was 5 times welded

  10. i would like to say ,very soon "Minari Engine Poland"will be permanently in UK with service and parts. I talk with them few times,and they would like to make some show by Northampton,with possibility to let the pilots try to fly on this power full machines. including double spark ignition system,and direct injection system patented by"Minari Engine Poland" this motors are same quality like moster or even better.-no breaking exhausts,no problems with pull stars.power its smooth from bottom rang to top.

  12. not NOTAM, just CANAP (Civil Aviation Notification) hi Stive,always force on them where you are flying.(RAF) no matter how many of you are flying,its must inform RAF if they try argue.tell them"well if you want lost tornado worth few milion pounds." its really working. especialy like me like thermaling with motor in middle of day,not evenings

I want joint to Nigel appeal,about maps and charts,but this is sometimes not enough,many "pilots" flying in wrong time and place,because never ever check NOTAM http://notaminfo.com/ukmap. ones I was witness very irresponsible behaviour .midweek day-when minutes after para motor pilot ,few military jets crossing same route I leave in aerial very often visiting by military aircraft's especially in midday,sometimes observing fly military jets,Hercules planes,and different helicopters like Apache,or Chinook-very,very low flying level,much later then 6pm. please give them ring free phone 0800 515544,leave message where you want to fly,time,personal data,at last 24hr before you fly and get your authorization code.after that they switch off about 2.5 nautical miles from your take-off side make your morrre safe.

  19. very similar to ozone Delta 2 EN C,with short experience with shark nose wings,its amazing,really bomb proof ,I don't know any reflex construction wing but shark nose its excellent. you" cannot stall" the wing if so its very nice steady reaction if you get side collapse, just little weight shift to other side and you can carry on fly , without worry the rest recovery it self,but most para motor pilots flying in nearly death weather condition nearly no wind,no thermals before evening or early morning (no fun at all ),in this condition you can fly on any type of matress
  20. To be honest if we want healf and safe,then we have sit all the time in pub or on the front tv and never ever touch any para glider wing
  21. most important-do not pack in self mental stress ,the rest is no problem. If you can lift pint of lager without splash ,then everythink is ok.
