  1. It's true, we do have a right to roam. But for PPG I feel it is still polite to ask permission. Where are you headed?
  2. Final cut pro x Sent from my iPad using PMC Forum mobile app
  3. I'm 100kg and just sold my Synth 34, it was awesome, easy to launch, and as fast as any of my mates. Only sold as I wanted some sideways action. Bought a Fusion. Sent from my iPad using PMC Forum mobile app
  4. Reaffirmed my faith in buying a Microavionics headset today. I sent it back for repair as some of the heatshrink had split. It is over a year old and they said it would be about £30 to repair. Got them back today with a note saying no charge as they are too new to have split. Great service. And a great product!
  5. Hopefully Parajet will take a look and offer comment.
  6. Forgot to say I have the Thor 200 (heavy motor) I just ignored the hang test as it looked so off. Sent from my iPad using PMC Forum mobile app
  7. If it helps, I have 3 clear holes at the rear and 3 clear hoes at the front too. I'm 100kg. On a hang test with those settings my motor leans way back, but Parajet were right. Hope this helps Sent from my iPad using PMC Forum mobile app
  8. On my zenith I did a hang test and had to use the holes right at the back. That made no sense as I'm 100 kg. Parajet told me to use the holes recommended in the manual. I did, and it flys perfect. I'm just saying it is worth getting somewhere between. Sent from my iPad using PMC Forum mobile app

  10. Actually, I have a mate who is selling an Ozone Roadster - medium I think. PM me if you want his details. Low hours I believe.
  11. I have a Synthesis 34 available 35 hours old £1200 Sent from my iPad using PMC Forum mobile app
  12. re-starting the motor in flight is not a problem. Go live the dream!
  13. I sat in a field on Friday night waiting for the wind to die down. It didn't, so 3 hours later I packed up and went home.
  14. My serial number rubbed off too but I called their help line. I bought mine at the tail end of last year. They are emailing me a claim form for 1L of oil and the 10L of fuel still in my motor. Excellent service if you ask me. They said I should put the petrol in a car or something. He said it was really only an issue if you have a feeder tank for oil where the water will separate and you could have petrol / water mix instead of petrol / oil mix. I think I'll keep the petrol and oil mix in my paramotor!
  15. Mine gets hot (300 degrees) so can't wait for the gasket mod! Mighty bypass the reed mod as I've heard it affects the power curve for the worse. Sent from my iPad using PMC Forum mobile app
  16. I never pay for sites but I do drop off some wine to a couple of my local farmers at Christmas time.
  17. I usually just knock on the door and ask if I can fly my paraglider from his field. That way it doesn't sound scary. I always have a short video of me or someone else taking off and flying on my phone to show him. I then mention I use a small motor to push me in the air. Then I mention I'll happily sort him out with some aerial photos. I've been lucky, I have many sites now without any hassles.
  18. Twice I have tried android stuff. A phone a while back and a Nexus 7. Both were great to start but then started to slow down like an old laptop running windows would. The Nexus 7 was the last straw. Got an ipad mini instead - shed loads faster. Personal preference I guess. Although I fancy a new macbook Pro, but there are getting silly expensive.
  19. Hi, well, it is roughly set up but due to Spring refusing to arrive, I've not flown yet. Happy to report back. Looking forward to trying it.
  20. I would use it. I currently use Garmin Connect to log all flights and bike rides. I'm sad like that. Handy for clocking hours etc
  21. I spent a while comparing prices online using comparison websites like parcel2go. I send my Volution, and 2 props for £46 for a 48hr delivery. Oddly, I split it up with the props going via a different courier as the one that was best value for the cage and box wanted too much for the props. Shop about, it's worth it! Pallet pick up is pretty expensive.
