  1. No, Trevor at Par-avion is concentrating on Tow and Hill, Power has ceased and l believe P M has left the school. Mike
  2. Just to add that if you go to U Tube and type in "Mike taking off" you will see how easy a new wing launches
  3. I completely agree with Francis. and one addition to what to do with old wings is to cut them up into about four pieces and make kites. I first started on a PG wing which l had used for freeflying and it had accumalated about 150hrs. Still fine for PG but it was a bxxxxxxd to launch with a motor. I thought it was me doing something wrong. Then when l got the Synthesis, it was a completely new ball game. The wing come up when l wanted it to and stayed nice and stable throughout the launch. So yes get a new wing and practice your groundhandling with that. The rest should come that little bit easier. IMO Regards Mike
  4. I havn't had a jump for about ten years or more (sad) but up for one if there is a group jump. got about hundred jumps under my belt and got to the stage of unstable exits and 30sec delays. Mike
  5. Hi Simon, It would be a sort of revision, but l havent used RT procedure for many years now and to commit to a day will be hard for me as l have taken quite a few days of this year for the Tip to Tip and the Dartmoor training weekends. As it is we have one current Pilot in RT procedure (SP) l believe, and obviously two would be more beneficial for the Tip to Tip, so although l may not be current l can be a standby. (your thoughts on this Simon). Mike
