hi, i know richard, we fly together.... well he flys off somewhere and i circle the field still!!! richard had to have 2 "arms" fabricated that carry the macro at the point where the alloy hangpoint bars meet the frame at the side, he then screws a nut and bolt through to secure it. its important to get your spreader bars right by hang testing with the correct weight on the trike... il forwarn you though....be very careful of your passenger weight...the macro isnt as powerfull as you may think!!!.. even with a light passenger you need constant full power to keep you up. good luck!!!

i have the x10m, i believe the only difference is that the military version is reverse screen lcd with a red manual backlight. ie. black screen with white numbers... the std is white with black numbers build quality -- good, strap a bit plasticky though - you also get a strap extension for wearing over your suit. buttons..a bit hard to press - but you can live with it as for features... bloody awesome - but you know that already. battery... no prob, its not an everyday watch as its a bit bulky in my opinion so i charge the night before i think im flying. the x10 has built in rechargeable battery not a standard disposable.. one gripe.... i dont like having to pass my right arm through the risers to reach the watch on my left wrist -as i cant reach around - makes me nervous... but il get over that! get one bought!

am i correct in reading on the tech spec, that the countour only has 2 hour battery life on a full charge? that kinda puts the max memory card size a little irrelevant for me..... unless i misunderstood?

well, now you dont get that offer every day!. but unless the flat top is that good that it can make my 10's turn into 20's i can still only stretch to 2500!!! not to mention 200 quid in fuel to get there and back! lol. youl have to be quick though....ive seen a lovely KTM for winter!!

They are easy to unlock, a chap a Liverpool St station in the phone shop there sells a small plastic holder that your sim card goes in. Its £20, you pop your simcard in it and slot that into your Iphone 'et voila' phone now on your network..... im aware of that bud, but with that route you cannot accept updates or it locks the phone out for good.... the italian or other factory unlocked phones were never locked, as abroad they dont conform to the same silly branding criteria as the uk.. but having said that...the 3gs is on orange soon, so i think an upgrade is in order!
