    Hi all, I have recently been contacted by someone in Sri Lanka who is working with the tourist board to set up a Paramotor school / tandem flights experience hopefully in 2021 but most likely 2022. They are asking me to get a team of 5 people together to go to Sri Lanka to help make this happen. The basic outline would be something like: Flights, food and accommodation paid for and a small amount of pay for between 1 and 3 months. This is one of those things you see online 'after' the event and wished you were on!! Now if your chance to be that person! Skillsets can range from helping to clip people in, through to teaching a group of 3 so any one reading this CAN offer something. If you have not been to Srilanka you should deffo check out google. It's an amazing place plonked in the Indian Ocean close to the Maldives In the first instance, please PM via PMC site if you are interested in helping make this happen. SW

    What a bunch of total pricks on that forum. It just makes me want to go and fly around there houses at 500ft all day. (Note my response is equal to that of theirs) I wonder how I would have felt about it had there been some pleasant discussion instead?? I may have even been able to advise him correctly as no one seems yet to have done so. Im 90% sure I know who it is and could almost certainly have helped. But instead, leave them to talk about playing with bang bang guns and electric wires like a bunch of kids. The farmer clearly does not like the person who most likely bought the house he wanted and is now being a dick about it. Not the best way to go about communicating with people if you expect / want results. SW

    Covid 19: We remain hopeful that we will be allowed out to play in time for this event. If it gets to a point where it is clear this will not be the case, we will move the dates as required. The uptake for this event will be huge so please make sure you are a full member and that you RSVP to secure a place. UPDATE 17/03/21: The venue have confirmed that they are happy for this event to continue inline with the .Gov advice (at the time of the event) THE 2nd PMC COAST RUN! This will be another 'full members only' event upgrade link at the bottom of the description Situated just 6-Miles from the stunning cove of Hayle and 9 miles from Falmouth, with lands end well within reach 'even when you miss the airspace!' , this venue comprises of 4 large flat football pitches, and separate take off and landing fields. The venue is only 180 meters from the sea As always, we will have a heated tent. The fire pit will be lit 24-hours a day. The music will be played at a social volume at social times of the day. Dogs 'with owners that pick up!' are welcome, children are welcome, local visitors are welcome. There is literally nothing bad to be said about this place! The above view lives only 7.3 miles away from take off! The view below is 2 miles away from take off! We hope to see all of the normal faces at this one, there is some added adventure for all of us as its a totally new site with some AMAZING flying opportunities to be had for those who venture into the UK's very own holiday resort! Our chosen charity for this event will be the R.N.L.I St Agnes Lifeboat Station St.Agnes Station was formed in 1968 and until 2015 the lifeboat was provided by the viewers of the BBC Children’s television programme Blue Peter, and was always named Blue Peter IV. The current lifeboat was provided by the Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club and is called XKalibur.     It gives me a great amount of pleasure to be able to say that on Monday, a person was arrested and had all of there digital devices seized by the Cyber Crime unit This is of course in relation to the E-mails that were sent from my PMC account, the cancelled subscriptions, and so on.. That person now has the pleasure of a lovely long wait on bail (with restrictions ) until they have searched ALL of those devices. The current expected lead time for this is 6-9 months. So 6-9 months of not knowing what's going to happen and being on bail, to me sounds like a perfect result already! #TEAMPMC SW

    I don't know the ins and outs fully, but I do remember a production company trying for about a month to get us permission to fly for some filming work with no joy. (we ended up with a crapy set of shots from our drone) SW

    Regarding new plugs not working... When we were into drag racing, we would buy our plugs by the pack of 50. It would not be uncommon for 5 (or so) of them to fail after the first few second in an engine. You DEFFO can have a dead, new plug. (thats one of the reasons that when you buy a Vitto engine you will notice that the plug has already been used for the factory test run. the same one is left in because it's known to be a working one SW
