irm750
With such impartial survey questioning technique you should work for ipsos mori! Please count me (+1) in for some shivering, muddy gear, ruined hair and big grins! Cheers, Ian
alan
Don't worry simon if there are not many takers for the fly in and being a Yorkshire man , to save some money I can pop down to the local whippet rescue Center and pick up a few free sheep look a likes ( well skinned anyway) lol

ptwizz
Would this be open to the not-yet-flying? If it makes any difference, I would turn up on a motorcycle (the road equivalent of a paramotor). For events such as this, I can thoroughly recommend a govt. surplus tank suit. Warm, lots of pockets and about £30! Pete.

Could not agree more, I spent 6 months in Kupres in Boznia during the winter... including wind chill it got as low as -52c!! We had to lay under the TANKERS full of aviation gas, and defrost the fuel lines with a heat gun before we could drive them LOL The tank suit was the ONLY option for staying warm. An amazing bit of kit. (very bulky though, and you will look a little odd without the gore-tex outers. SW
irm750
These are a great alternative. I use a pair as an awesomely warm flying suit - http://www.workwearone.co.uk/product.php/238/0 Waterproof, quilted, warm, loads of pockets and reflective stripes too!
