That's a bit naff! Do you think you crank is out of balance ? You could try getting it balanced? Might be a cheaper option than replacing it. Mine runs so much better now I've rebuilt it a lot less vibration (mine was well out), but I've also been trying to get better at tuning and that's helped too. My low jet is now set closer to 1 turn than 1 1/2 fom the stop and runs a lot smoother Tom

Simon, what do you recon you get to the gallon from your t5 ? 35?? Or is that optimistic

I got a bak rak a few years ago, doesn't look right on small cars... Everyone seems to be getting t5's I'm looking for one at the moment too

I've been out in Spain for the last week paragliding in the Pyrenees but while I was there a friend asked if I would like to have a paramotor flight around an awesome lake! Well after the worst display of piloting you could possible imagine, His prop was broken and my ankle was bruised and swollen almost putting me out of action for the rest of the week! He was a top bloke about me breaking his prop although it didn't stop me feeling pretty shitty about it I have ordered him a new prop (expensive day that was!) Anyway I have the broken prop and was thinking about getting it repaired.. ?

Does any one know what the starter ring is from? Or is it a Parajet part? Might be able to find just te ring cheaper elsewhere :-/

I've managed to get it to 30microns one end and 40 the other so that'll have to do !! Just waiting for gasket paper and punch set to arrive, bearings on order in the morning. And order new ring gear from Parajet in the morning too (£££ ) Reassembly will have to wait as I'm off for a week of free flying in Organya :-) Tom

Mangled ring gear... Carbon build up on top of piston.. what's the best way to remove?
