  1. Hi I agree Dave. I saw the unit in the USA and its is without doubt the safest Paramotor on the Market. I also agree we have the best wings, made in Europe. However don't discount the Flattop just because it is not European. In fact half of it is and will suit many flyers. Just my 2 pennies worth. Mike.
  2. How much is a new Flat top and whats the Delivery times? Cheers Mike
  3. Hey there. Be careful with using a resistor spark plug and resistor spark plug cap. On some motors there will not be enough load and you could blow part of the ignition system. Also having both may result in a very poor spark. All the best. Mikey
  4. Has anyone tried these? They have heated wires that go down to the fingers too? www.primrose-london.co.uk/heated-gloves-p-5241.html Cheers. Mikey
  5. Yes that spreadsheet found fab. Any chance? Cheers Mikey PS: We would owe you one or two pints

  7. Hey I'm not Gay but my boyfriend helimed01 is!
  8. Dont quote me but, I had one of these wings and I was told its the same as a Dudek Vox. Mine was all black! I downloaded the manual from the Dudek website about 3 Years ago. I may still be able to find it if its no longer available. Let me know and I'll send you a copy. Cheers Mikey
  9. Wow thanks Simon. Remember its the fast trim speed, WITHOUT SPEEDBAR bar I was interested in. Very kind of you too offer to do this. Cheers again. Mikey
  10. Thanks Simon. I would need a 28 Fusion as I am 13 stone. I know it will be better than the Synthesis on everything, but just wanted to know if the fast trim speed will be better than the Synth, which it looks like it will be. So I will start saving up. Cheers Mikey
  11. Hi Simon. Guess you have flown the Fusion quite a bit now and I wondered if you have flown together with a Synthesis. The reason I ask, is my mate has a Synthesis and he is a good 3 or 4 mph faster than me on fast trim. I have a Re-action tst. So do you think or know that the Fusion will keep up with out using the speed bar? WEB SITES SAY THEY BOTH DO 49KPH. But in the real world.........? Cheers Mikey
  12. Uk importer http://www.tinytachuk.com/
  13. HaHa, well at least its nice to know if its going to be rained out, before you can even light the camp fire and piss on it....lol
  14. Hey, hate to put a damper on it, but my weather reports are showing over 20mph wind and possible rain on saturday for the Swindon area. Its a few days ahead yet and the weather is always unpredictable. Best of luck. Mikey
  15. I think that there was also an issue with the primer bulb. If your fuel leaks back into the fuel tank very fast, it may be the primer bulb has an internal leak. I had this problem and they sent me a new primer bulb set-up. After fitting the new one, the fuel would still be primed right up to the carb 2 or 3 days later. If yours returns to the tank after a few hours it might be worth a look. I seem to remember that the leak allowed air into the system only at high rpms. Hope this helps Mikey
  16. Hi there and welcome! My slant is be carefull. 1) I think you will still pay import tax and VAT. 2) If it goes wrong, how will you get it fixed, setup and parts? 3) Beware of how you pay. In my opinion it would be better to get good instruction here in the UK and see if your instructor knows of any good deals, or if you purchase second hand get him to look over it before purchase. Most equipment mistakes are made in the early days of learning to Paramotor. Look on this website for second hand sales and another good place is http://www.paramotorsuk.co.uk/ I also think buying a good wing is first, as you can ground handle and really get used to that. Once you can do that well, then adding a motor is next. This is only my opinion of course. Any ways best of luck with it all. Mikey
  17. Hi I have the same wing, an Epsilon 5 28 with Paramotor risers. I am around 82 Kgs. To Paraglide you just slip the trimmers over the carrabiner clip in point and the trimmers are non moveable and the DHV1-2 rating is still there. Once the trimmers are slipped out for Paragliding, the DHV rating is lost. However in my experience it does not change the flight experience at all. Actually the speed range with the trimmers fully out is only a few miles per hour faster than the normal paragliding mode. Also the big difference between this wing and a reflex is the glide. In real use, it just floats on landings and you have to watch how far it might go. All the reflex wings I have flown (3 of them) come in at a much faster and steeper angle and bleed off the speed before touch down. I love the way it handles and takes off. Its just that it wont keep up with a reflex for top speed. Also it must use less fuel. Well thats my thoughts on the wing! Cheers Mikey
  18. Wow the Fusion is better than the Action GT and the Dudek Plasma on sink! Fusion = 1 trim off =1.2 to 1.7 Max Speedbar = 2.6 Revolution = 1,1 trim off =1,5 to 2 Max Speedbar = 3 Reaction = 1,1; trim off =1,5 to 2; Max Speedbar = 3,1 Synthesis = 1.2; trim off = 1.4-2.2; Max Speedbar = 3.5 Action GT = 1 trim off = 1.3 to 1.8 Max Speedbar = 3 Plasma = 1 trim off = 1.2 to 1.8 maxSpeedbar = 3 Mikey Fly Safe Well done Paramania!
  19. Good news Simon! Great, about time they turned up. Put me down for a demo please. Cant wait. Mikey
  20. I had this problem too. It turned out I had depressed the primer on the carb to hard and had bent it slightly. This stopped me getting power at the top end. Open the front part of the carb (4 screws I think) ans check it looks good, and not bent) Mikey
  21. I for one am looking forward to the delivery and reviews of this wing. From what I have heard, it has a very wide trim range (30 to 49 kph) nice and slow to very fast, but is much less demanding to fly compared to the GT. Sounds like a great wing. Looking forward to your thoughts on it Simon, after the delivery. Cheers Mikey!
  22. I wonder if the following would still cover a Parajet Macro under On-Risk insurance. Lets say I have a standard Macro (18 litre fuel tank), which will not be covered if I have a claim. If I go back to the manufacturer and ask them to fit a 10 litre tank, would this be OK? You might say that it was re-fitted by the manufactuer and should be OK, or the claims adjuster may still insist that it was not supplied as standard and you would still not be covered? This kind of area needs to be looked at as many Macro pilots may want to stay within the ANO and be insured? Mikey
  23. Pie and Peas 20th and 21st September???? Do you have any deatils.............. who, what, where, when, costs, etc, Web Site? Cheers Mikey
