Hemberg
Seems that the prices are lower in general in Great Britain. If anyone can direct me to a seller that has the agama water rescue system I would be glad. Think I'll buy my next motor there as well.. some day. poz
I use a self inflating life jacket that I got from Pap for €80. Thankfully I haven't put it to the test yet and hopefully never will. [youtubevideo] [/youtubevideo]
pete_b
When we were going to do a shoot over the sea we got large (250) self inflating life vests as they give a lot more bouancy. I think you will find the agama will be marginal on flotation. We even got a horse shoe shaped one (similar to the amaga) to go on the motor as well just to make sure. Like this, look around you can get a bit cheaper. http://www.crew-safe.co.uk/acatalog/Par ... acket.html Pete ps I dont like water (nearly drowned once, never again). Hemberg
The agama has a displacement of 300 N and I don't have to put it on when I'm going to fly. Not sure if it'll fit well on the pap though but I guess is does. So if it isn't too expensive I'll choose that one. I generally don't fly low over water but if I get a collapse it wont be very good. Possibly I could get myself a life west as well in case I do chose to fly over water sometime. We have plenty of rivers and lakes here so in worst case scenario I could end up in one. Like the idea of the beamer as a rescue that is steerable and having a backup with the agama. Pap recommends to have both.

flyingfergus
The Agama dealer in UK is http://www.x3mparamotor.co.uk/x3mparamo ... ories.html His name is Peter and you can contact through the website above. I bought one from him last year. Had to post a cheque before he sent it so payment options a bit limited however he sent it OK and no complaints about delivery & product. I keep mine permenantly on my motor as it doesn't get in the way. Off flying next week in Snowdonia with Paul Haxby & 3 others. Weathers looking good. Hemberg
Thank you all for the advice. In this case it seems that the price is equal in sweden when I add the freight cost, so I'll buy it locally. But sometimes there certainly is a difference. A miniplane cost about 4900 euro here.
