Hi all after a long analaysis and a few good words of wisdom i have to agree that this one is prob down to me pilot errrrrror sigh, maybe a little to eager to get aloft and rushing. Anyway not wanting to go through that again downwind at around 25mph and then using my nose a brake i have decided to go back to skool with Alex & Mike at Braintree for my next attempt they have im told have a much MUCH bigger field so as soon as my cage is fixed il give it another go..... Hi steve, and welcome be warned this is very very contagious sport and loads of fun PM your number and il have a chat let you know where we fly and ya can come along, there is two guy's from the Lemmings Alex and Mike training in Braintree as far as i know they are good i myself am going to them for some re-training.

OK, lesson learned tonight on 1st flight.... too much power with incoming cross wind from sea result is a rather speedy twist RIGHT followed by an even quicker turn right followed by an extreme downwind leg (25mph at a guess) decending all the time heading towards a previously thought of too far away to bother set of iron railings..... Time to bin the flight and power slide face down, down a dirt path engine off using an even less known set of steps with a hand rail made of what looked like scaffold tube to stop WOW it happen all so quickly well at least im ok, my poor new motor sadly took a bashing tho........

At last its all here picked motor up today and already started to run it in and WOW the power is awesome, it really has to be the most powerful motor ive had to date, seriously its the nuts the quailty of the build is great to but even at this early stage its difficult to hold down whilst just short bursts of power cant wait to fly the motor......

Hi folks, just picked up my new Kobra Rocco Super and have to say what a machine, my previous motorswere a Walkerjet RR220, and then a H&E 220 but this Kobra rated at 85kilo's is the nuts. Even at this early stage of running in and only bliping the throttle with the occasional burst you can just feel the power, the machine its self is well built and of a high quality the harness is nice and comfy im just really pleased with the machine all round. But really the power is just something else. Neilzy

Hi i emailed a chap on the Paramotorsuk site listed under fly with a pilot, who has a farm in Ipswich he does not fly much anymore but was willing to let me fly from his farm. I believe he still is listed on the site give him a try if you cant find him drop me a line and i will search my emails to see if i can fid him. Neilzy

Sorry folks i just been set straight i thought i was talking to Haywards but i was actually talking to Joint Aviation re my insurance any way they have sorted insurance for me and at a reasonable cost so anyone intereasted they can be reached on 0142088664 and Vroni or Wendy are the girls to talk to, hope this helps. Hi i got a quote from Haywards today and its not that bad they asked for my schedule from Onrisk and matched it you have to speak to Vroni and she is very helpful, they emailed my certificate and said they are looking to improve things asap. basically they had the paramotor insurance dropped on them and have very little idea of what they are doing but they seem to be geeting to grips with it now.

Hi all i flew my nice new wing tonight, just a short fly over two tree wind was not that good but still enough to have a quick flight. wing looks great and launches really nice cant wait ti fly it for real.

Hi all, I spoke to Onrisk and the passed me onto Haywards who at first said they couldn't cover me, i then phoned again and spoke to a nice lady who told me they are doing insurance for Paramotors bt didn't have a clue what the were dealing with. But if i were to send my schedule from Onrisk to them they would match the policy, not only that they would charge what i paid for it last year Result i think. they were in process of getting all the paperwork together to clear up all the confusion so by now i would imagine its all sorted.

Sounds good to me but thinking "Wet Barron" bloody rain did i not say as soon as my gear arrives it will rain and i can tell ya as soon as i placed my hand onthe bag it started raining!!!!!!!

Picked up wing and helmet/headset yesterday motor will be here next week so wanna get in lots of ground work before then so next time you out boy's give us a call.

Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeee new wing here finally so can at least get some ground handling in Motor here next week

Hi guy's the names Neilzy not flown for 18months had to sell my gear due to work, but now just ordered all new gear and will be back flying hopefully within 3 weeks. I used to fly model aircraft from the canwdoon field and when spoke to Jim almost a year ago the farmer was charging £100 for the year to use the site for Paramotoring.... Looking forward to flying with you all.
