Simon I use Runway Hd on my iPhone and have the caa charts and GPS, great app. Might be a silly question but how do you see your old flight logs on a map showing the route you took?? It says it does it but can't see how. Cheers

I've just replaced my Thor 100 flash starter main spring as mine snapped on Friday over the perfect flying weekend! Typical. Never suffered the unwinding problem myself but may be worth adding a few extra turns of recoil onto the smaller spring when rewinding the pull cord to give it a bit more hold? Just a thought as it's very easy to do.

I was lucky to have been taught by Deano and was also lucky to have known one of the nicest blokes you could ever meet. Rip Deano one of life's true Gentlemen gone to soon!

Hi all, I'm new on here so just want to say hi and see if there is anyone around the Dartford area. My name is Sam I'm a 30 year old engineer and have just finished my training, I learned with Deano Eldridge down at Parajet completing the APPI pilots rating (7 days over 2 months) and feel I am confident and safe. Would be great to meet up with more experienced pilots locally or just get some advice on any sites I could possibly launch and land from any info would be greatly appreciated and 1st round would be on me Thanks Sam
