Steve Posted November 14, 2013 Share Posted November 14, 2013 I was thinking about giving them a call as my wing is three years old now and 90 percent covered in sheep sheet and other stains so could do with an inspection. bingreed Posted November 14, 2013 Share Posted November 14, 2013 In my (limited) experience Aerofix offer an excellent, reliable service; I wouldn't go anywhere else. Regarding turnaround I have found them flexible, but they do get busy so turnaround times can vary. Best advice is give them a call, they're always happy to guide you through the process and I have found that once they commit to a timescale they stick to it or beat it. phil1975 Posted November 14, 2013 Share Posted November 14, 2013 I phoned Aerofix & the Loft for quotes to repair my wing. The loft didn't want to know Aerofix suggested 2 approaches & recommended the cheaper option (effectively doing themselves out of some profit). Couldn't be happier. As an added bonus (if you are in the Military) I believe they will do a special rate on wing servicing. No ties to either company, just saying it as I see it! gordon_dunn Posted November 14, 2013 Share Posted November 14, 2013 Had the same experience when I needed a fast wing repair- the loft didn't answer my enquiry, but Aerofix were brilliant.. Gave me a few different repair options, and turn around was very fast, and reasonably priced. I'd definitely use the again, and recommend them to anyone.
