Miniplane-Russ Posted April 21, 2021 Share Posted April 21, 2021 (edited) Hi Everyone, I wanted to get the word out that I'm the new importer and dealer for Miniplane and Top 80 engines in the UK! I've been working for the previous owner for the last 7 years but I've now bought the business outright. For those that don't know, Miniplane has been making paramotors since the 1990's. The Top 80 motor is a tried and tested, reliable 80cc engine, super light and quiet, with amazing fuel economy - as little as 2l/h!!! The engine has been put in almost every paramotor frame out there, which speaks for itself. I'm hoping to provide great customer support for all those Miniplane and Top 80 pilots here in the UK by keeping a good stock of spare parts, a maintenance and repair service and be available to help with any technical queries. I've created a new website and shop but it's a work in progress, over time I plan to add more technical downloads and rewrite some of the confusing Italian translations! To try and give the business a kick start I'm offering 15% of all orders until the 30th June - including Miniplane paramotors, this means you can get one of the new Miniplane Top80 Rigid frame units, with 140cm prop for £3995! or the classic flex frame unit for only £3867!
