Vauxscott
Has anyone had experience using a fuel level indicator? I fly a Zenith with a Moster, and anything below 3-4ltr fuel its impossible to see how much fuel you have due to the shape of the zenith tank, a mirror doesn't really cut it. Ive actually run out on final approach once! Longer XC flights are nervous "do I have enough fuel" events due to the Moster having a large variation in fuel use, depending on trimmer use ect. I regularly fly for 2 hours plus, so an accurate fuel gauge would be a massive bonus for me! Scott.
kiwi k
I have 1 of these but not fitted to new motor yet but they only get good reviews http://www.routoutcnc.com/fuelgauge.html, just takes a little time to set accurately after a few flights to get to know fuel burn rate.
