Who let this idiot above in , Kick his RS right out of the door and as quick as possible

I could guess at who the OP is but i'm not putting up anyone's name, but i have personally heard of three individual people having had slow responses lately.
In one of the instances Clive Mason supplied the spares quicker than the person getting a reply from Parajet, and In another case after a couple of days trying Mako industries replied (i know its same company but don't know product section difference).
As British weather permitting pilots its easy to understand the speed we tend to expect to rebuild our flying machines.
So as an outsider it does make you wonder if it has got something to do with USA supply and demand currently going on.
I was always taught in business don't burn all your bridges so hopefully its just a minor blip and normal service resumes shortly.

In fareness you can't fall from the sky in a paramotor...the safety chute is already out anyway! You can be in a forced landing though...
Why if you have engine issues its No BIG deal you just glide back down

In the air? Is that possible?
No worries as you flying forward in front of the propeller so No safety aspect , Now wait for the smarter comments

None of the Above as i don't own a V3 or Smoke and i'm not an Arsonist so don't carry a lighter

A bit more effort and expense than a straight rack, so I don't know if this qualifies...? I took a bog standard Ifor Williams box trailer and converted it into a 'stealth camper' to haul my motor in the dry and also have a place to live whilst I was on the road. The 'mobile man cave' has turned out quite well, with the paramotor well secured using ratchet straps to some cargo tracks I've secured to the floor. Couple more photos to follow...
Dylan this is exactly what i have been thinking about for sometime, and now having seen your build it's definitely the way i'm going forward with, possibly only difference i'd make is window/s in rear doors for some light.

IMO i think Si has been very Diplomatic in his answer, i know my views but having never trained with B Q not really fair to comment, and yes i also agree with Si put it on other open or frequented forum's, yes you'll get good and bad but at least you'll get a slightly better picture of who or what you might be getting into.

Theres no decompression hole in it and I'm having problems pull starting it. Any suggestions?
If you look at Dan's video at about 9.53 in you'll see decomp hole
But before pulling the engine apart as it looks like it's not done many hours i'd check the timing to see exactly at what stage it's sparking.

Rich don't fret many pilots take numerous flights to master the landing, and in my experience you suffer from brain overload and frightened Rabbit syndrome, its like take off forwards or reverse as in training its easy with a little constant wind so reverses seem easier, but just all down to commitment and the learning curve which we go thru, i treat it like if i improve and learn 1 thing each flight it just gets easier every time, now be patient fly safe but have fun.

Got there in the end . Well done
Determination got me thru it Cas and i now know thru extensive research, if the need arises again i can get most parts to rebuild in less than 2 weeks, not that i'm looking to do that for a while as it's built better now than when it was new, not sure if it's because it mass produced or bad workmanship, but i think more quality control would stop most manufacturers rogue engine issues IMO .

Thanks very much for your help. The weights I used were not exact just used for the purpose of the question. Now I know, when ready I will calculate what I need with real weights.
plus when and who you train with will also be able to give good advice about equipment, some are dealers and might try push you into certain makes but most understand peoples wealth differences

You could post your county location and go from there, due to health i'm still going thru training and it'll be 2yrs this July, my cost of training is something i can not disclose on here as there's more to it (extremely cheap), but dependent on location it might not cost you as much as you think, patience and practice help greatly help in our sport.
Should also say most of my training is done at the weekends.

Just pre flight checks and regular maintenance and possibly carry a spare/s just in case it does snap,

Re the temperature of the engine during the process - is it worth taking my leaf blower and leaving it on tick over pointed at the engine to provide additional airflow for cooling or will the draw from the props be more than enough?
After spending a tidy penny on the kit I'm not going to be skimping on any of the consumables.
The person what trains me sells bulldog paramotors and complete paramotor without harness gets bolted into a metal frame, and not had 1 yet overheat during break in period, but they are always attached with Stopwatch, rev counter and temperature gauge.

Evening All,
I am a noob and I have ordered a new MY19 Moster 185, I know there is varied thoughts on running engines on/off your back but keen to get people’s thoughts on strapping the unit to a tree for this process?
Thanks Dan
Dan, you'll not regret getting the Moster engine plenty of grunt and extremely reliable (in most cases), Starting the engine off your back is purely the safety side as numerous accidents have proved, do the run process as advised with right Oil quantities, but try finding a tree in a remote place so as not to cause problems, unless you can make a steel framework to hold it steady and have a friendly field you could use.
IMO trying to do break in whilst wearing it has more safety aspects than i care to find out, as there's easy ways to do it and the whole process takes about 2 hours.
Just my opinion.

GB007 i fly Uni 1.1 28 and i'm 90kgs but fly No reserve and a very light paramotor, the closer to the weight limit the better and more safer the wing, slightly over top weight is OK also, but dependent on your location and experience your welcome to borrow for a test flight if that would help.
Uni is beginner to inter and reasonably fast so gives plenty of hours before upgrading to faster or more agile wing.

Hello,
It is the ignition coil that I am after
Post up a picture it helps, like said above you'll probably find there's other uses for same coil.
Am I wasting my time looking for parts for this engine?
Parts are available but getting harder to find, and better newer engines out there and more weight to power ratio greatly i,proved.
Is there something else which has taken over?
Old technology been replaced numerous timesThanks
P.S. I shall try freshbreeze UK, thanks for that.

Nothing wrong with DT and they have a pretty quick delivery time too, although most of mine and friends only had Wooden Props of them thanks Kiwi.
