  1. Thought somebody might of posted up some Places or numbers or a route to help:( or even picked up on school boy error of dissimilar starters!

especially as a fellow member pointed me towards PMC as a friendly and helpful site i'm now beginning to think otherwise

But guess that was my ignorance for thinking it would happen and not doing searches properly in 1st place.

    So Quick update :-

But now today having discovered Fiem rotation directions from a very helpful person, who took a lot of time and messages to and fro is hopefully resolving my problem.

As the original post has now been amended and there seems to be light at the end of my tunnel.

If anyone out there uses a Walkerjet paramotor the person in question does spares and is very helpful and goes above and beyond most shops to  help !!!!!

If you need help message Mark  kraus.marek@gmail.com   or visit their site http://wingsforyou.co.uk/  or better known as Virus paramotors.

  2. Hi, please as title says not bothered at mo if new or used, as mine has shat it guts and disintegrated the armature plus the bendix is cracked also:(, so my guess is it wouldn't of lasted much longer anyway, only good thing is i was doing maintenance work so not caught out while flying9_9.

So any info to gain 1 wether its from cmp or others please post up so i can get another asap thanks Kiwi.

  3. Welcome Sandman, like ak says if you can master a scabby wing  then new wings are easier, i'm in a similar position except i have a health problem in my knees so running at the Mo is almost nil, i do kite a lot but think my wing is a little bigger than needed as stronger winds tend to take me free flying, i'm very confident but until i get better or more capable of running then i will start my official training, so i'm sure you will enjoy it and keep persevering as i know it definately worth it in the End :coptor:

Replace the primer bulb as well as it has two one way valves in it and should not allow fuel to run back to tank. There are good quality primer bulbs on ebay.

Like said fuel should not be draining back especially that quick, so you have a fuel supply problem.

  5. Its better to be on the ground wishing you were flying than to be flying wishing you were on the ground, a very wise old owl told me that and it's true.

  6. Hi Alan, I got a Gradient Golden 2 Size 30 105 to 130kg as me being 15.5 stone thought it was about right ?, but have been told should of went slightly lower size, but i improve each day i take it for a fly and it was only bought to kite.

But think i'll have it cert'd as its a dhv 1-2 and hardly any repairs and also now know not really a beginner wing

so i'm keeping my eyes open just in case a nice starter set-up pop's up at a reasonable price, now knowing a newer wing would fly easier and be more likely to recover should or when i need the safety side .

sorry for delay went for a quick kiting session:fail:

  7. Hi, Like above just started out many quick night dashes for kiting practice, as yes i have purchased a 2nd hand wing, 1st big mistake as probably bought to big a wing to learn:$ kiting but it's a learning curve 9_9, only looking at gaining experience at the minute and No flying yet.

ill health means no proper training yet but i'm definitely going to before taking to the Sky, so that's why i thought i'll  buy a wing purely to gain ground handling skills , and i'm sure i'm not the 1st to find out it's not that simple, but thankfully each day i am finding it easier and gaining more experience and being rewarded in longer in air flights :fail:

Already learning daily of more people in my area but yet to go watch them fly:coptor:

    So once again Hi.
