Good day sir, I was directed to you by Simon .
I have a couple of questions regarding an Adventure F3 paramotor and was
told that you might be able to give some advice. The machine I just bought
came with no electric starter and I am thinking it would be next to impossible
to be able to start on my back using the pull starter. Unless I would have
assistance every time. I am wondering if it were worthwhile to buy the parts
necessary to install the electric starter? I've read that the solo 210 is dependable,
but underpowered, so I am not keen to add any extra weight if I don't have to.
I did find a supplier online that has
the starter ring, mounting bracket and other odds and ends.
But I am wondering what else I would need? Wiring, switch, electric relay, battery, starter motor?
The throttle handle doesn't seem to have any switches on it, so I may have to buy
the whole throttle handle as well.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

hi dude i dont know how much ill be able to help. The adventure i have is the A3 which had the e-start factory fitted. On the throttle it has a start and stop button so you prob have to sort something out with that. A 12v battery pack and some where to stow it mine is in a space behind the harness under a cover plate. I made a new pack for mine from 6 cyclon 2v 2.5ah D cell battery wired to give you 12v out. definitely need a relay as well. My machine also has a charging circuit which yours may not have had fitted as it is the manual version. Might be worth a look at Adventures web site it should still have the workshop manual avaliable. I would give it a try as is, making sure that the decompression hole is clear. You need to take the head ff to check it i think its 2mm hole and i use a 2mm drill bit to make sure its not blocked. Sorry its not very usefull stuff but if you have any more questions dont hesitate to drop me a note and ill do what i can.
Cheers col......
