Curiosity Posted September 1, 2013 Share Posted September 1, 2013 No idea who the pilot is, but I stumbled across this vid on youtube and was curious what went wrong... I am guessing aggressive manoeuvring close to he ground, nasty thermal over the car park (see the clouds above). morgy Posted September 1, 2013 Share Posted September 1, 2013 By the looks of it... Moderate winds and thermic. You can see him enter and shoot up just before he gets the collapse... I Fly in Strong winds and also in strong thermic conditions but never when you have strong wind and strong thermals combined. If the air is very active i will not do aggressive manoeuvres.
