I also think the team need someone who is a dedicated fundraiser IMO, get a proper pitch together for a decent corporate and nail the funds the year before.... That said, of course........ "COGER EL TORO POR LOS CUERNOS" They have this as "To Take The Bull By The Horns". In Spain the word "Coger" is perfectly fine and means to catch/grab/grasp, but in Latin America it means "to f#ck".
