parkered
Hi All, I would just like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and say hi to everyone on the forum. My name is Ed Parker and I have been flying PPG for 2 years now. I started my training over in Banbury under the guidance of Paul Taylor of AV8ER. Since then Paul has just had a child and is rarely available to go flying and hence my interest in PPG more local to where I live nr Bicester. My brother in law contacted me as he noticed a van nr Upper Heyford with RAD Paramotors on the side so I decided to get in touch with RAD who pointed me to this forum. I have around 8 hours flying experience under my belt and wish to continue to flying with a club of someone in the area local to me (Bicester, Upper Heyford, Oxordshire/Buckinghamshire). I am a little rusty so could use someone with a bit of experience to get me up to speed so please feel welcome to email me ed.parker@alcatel-lucent.co.uk or contact me 07595646694. I am very interested at the photography and Video side of flying so I always have my camera at the ready to get in some good shots. I would like to get to know what people think of the RAD paramotors as the fact that they are very light appeals to me as my kit seems alot heavier in comparison. my Kit: - I use the trusted APCO Thrust wing Corsair M25Y Paramotor - Aluminium Frame and Assembly by AV8ER About me Age = 34 Height 6ft 1" Weight = Around 88Kg Best Regards Ed Parker
alan_k
Hi Ed, Welcome to the forum. There are a few of us on here that are not UK based but still contribute greatly to the knowledge and bonhomie. I have not had any dealings with RAD paramotors but there will be others on here who have. I hope you find someone to help you bring your hours up a bit, it gets better as your experience grows. Cheers, Alan
