Does anyone know how big the numbers are that have got to be on your wing and motor and can you not put them on and still be insured? im doing my bhpa exam soon as our owner of the field has asked for proof of insurance, if i fail i will have to go the traffords route as a quick temporary fix as you cant re sit exam for a short period but need insurance so i can fly at the field.

99% of people i have spoke to at flyins and comp pilots i know are all with the bhpa, i know of anothet insurance but you have to have registration nunbers on your wing and a fire proof plate on your motor or its not valid!

Contact Alex @ Sabreace about the bhpa and ask him about the alternative entry system. He is very knowlegdeable and will help you out

Yep would agree there. Met a few guys recently trained by Deano.

Atleast the bhpa route you will make you more knowledgeable and alot more aware of dos and donts Cant be a bad thing!

Personally think its better coming with trims open 2-3" just before breaks get hard so you have a good amount of energy to bleed out with a progressive flare. start flaring as late as possible, too early and you will run out of energy.

Weve been flying there for a while now and the owner of the horses is pretty cool about us flying and even asked us for a aerial shot of his house. but we do stay well away from them at all costs and have agreed no nil wind westerly take offs!

We have aquired a great new field just off the a127 near basildon at a place called action park.

There is facilities and a cafe and the owner is more than happy for us to run a controlled club from there.

All are welcome but please make sure you contact either Clive or Me first as there are obviously some do's and donts we all need to stick to to keep it!

Anyone fly anything else other than a Paramotor, or had other flying experiences?.

I have only ever flown a Paramotor and would like to hear how it compares to other types of flying.
