phil1975
As there isn't a regional club for Dorset I thought I would post this here instead. Work has taken me to Blandford Forum for a couple of weeks (lucky old me!). As there is a bit of space in the car I thought I would bung my kit in as well, in the hope that the weather will break soon. I'm just after ideas for flying sites, anyone flown locally? know any friendly farmers? Cheers
norbertflyer
These may know: http://www.wessexhgpg.org.uk/ Careful of their free flying sites and the Weymouth Olympic restrictions, should you extend your stay. Richard
Fly_mow
Hi. I've never flown the area but have been down that way countless times. I would really reccomended Durdle door and the coastline along that way. Not sure on where you could take off but if ya find somewhere let me know. Also I've seen para gliders on the hills by Harry's rock between swanage and studland so if ya can find out where they meet they might have info? Good luck and keep us posted
Fly_mow
And to follow up Durdle door you will have to see if bovington tank range effects you but I have seen paramotors flying in the area before Enjoy. Stu
