matt_k
Im looking to buy a Carbon Prop for a top80 1250 (115cm prop) Wheres the best place? I tried Parashop, great prices but Paul cant get the smaller 115cm. And it looks like Skydragons dont sell them any more on their web. Is there really that much differnce to a wood one? Neilzy
Can you not get a 125 and clip the ends off properly of coarse, balance it etc
parapilot1453
the only difference between a wood and carbon fiber is that its slightly lighter, and if ur on a sandy environment, it wont literally sand away the prop, but why the 115? Most motors are for more power and thrust less weight. Allen
christian
Paul Mahony (Fanman) uses a carbon prop on his Top80 Miniplane. I think that he said that he got more thrust out of it, but it would be best to ask him and also where he got it. Good luck, Christian
