jock Posted April 10, 2011 Share Posted April 10, 2011 On the way to the malverns i spotted dan,p at powick.went and had a chat,til dan t/o.I got to the malverns to try the aspen out only to find the wind went west.so ive not tried it it yet rich/ dan is up for the xc we will plan later.also got a van if we can sort a driver/paul.t might be the man. norbertflyer Posted April 10, 2011 Share Posted April 10, 2011 I nearly flew down to you guys today, but I was having too much fun in the thermals! Hope we can put this xc together soon. My mate was at the Mini Malvern do on the 3 counties showground and saw a few parawaiters on the hill. It was SSW thermals only at Clent most of the day, with a few easterly ones but they were rare. So, I guessed it might be a bit frustrating on the Kettle. You'll like the Aspen, Jock, it has great handling, but don't forget to change those main lines!
