Farmer_Dave
The picture's a bit grainy so I'm not sure but the title suggests a climb comparison between the Rotron and the Flat-Top Super 200. I leave it for the Jury to decide. [youtubevideo]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=949doJUungo[/youtubevideo] dave
Farmer_Dave
Now I've looked again it does look like a Rotron at takeoff and it did look to outclimb the Flattie. It did look thermic too but it certainly has good thrust. I've asked whether it was the 160 or the 290 cc model dave
pete_b
Look at the amount of brake Dells putting in to get a faster climb rate
Guest
This makes me laugh... Who give a t*ss!!! lol Either way, there is a foot a min 'or less' in it. Who cares? People are not buying the Cyclone to play top trumps. SW
Farmer_Dave
They probably will buy it in the States, exactly for that reason Si. There's some big guys over there, and here, and the export should be better for Giles now with the pound weaker to the dollar. Everyones been watching to see how this rotary motor will perform . I thought Giles was taking a gamble but with Dell doing some free advertising for it, well, hopefully he'll sell loads Loadsa grunt....low vibration....pleasant sound. Gotta be a winner Dave
