jock Posted January 30, 2010 Share Posted January 30, 2010 well after my dismal 80ft flight and listening to the first vid,ithought i would take the head off to check valves were seating.took rocker cover off to find exhaust rocker bolt lose so the exhaust valve wernt opening.i did lock tight them in and checked the valve clearence twice,,so lots more locktight and more than 80 ft next time,then i will fit the rev roller rockers they are more heavy duty than the standard rockers,,,it was the rocker bolt that screws into the head and not the ajustment nuts,,,egg on/// Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jock Posted February 4, 2010 Author Share Posted February 4, 2010 THE 8 DEGREE KEY ON THE FLYWHEEL WAS NOT UP TO THE JOB .FITTED THE NORMAL KEY.ALSO FITTED THE TINY TAC 7.300 RPM NOT BAD,MOTOR SOUNDS NICE AND MORE THURST FOR SURE,HOPEING TO TRY IT 2MORRO PM.MORE RPM IS POSS/ BUT MAX TORQUE IS AROUND 5-6000 SO NO REAL GAIN IF I GOT MORE RPM.
