doodlebug
Hi, Just a quick question about the ITV Dakota wing, does anyone know if the brake lines are already set to fly with a low hang point machine namely a PAP or do they require shortening before use as I know some wings do, cheers. Malcs
Already answered this via pm but for others benefit they'll come set up for low hang point unless you specify otherwise I would think.
Guest
Most wings will leave the factory set to high hangpoint's This is so that if someone buys a wing and high hangpoint motor without Changing anything he / she will be able to still reach the brakes. If they were sent out as Low hangies and the same person took off, he / she would have no chance of reaching the brakes once let go. doodlebug
Thanks for the advice guys, I know that when I originally purchased the Silex the brake lines required shortening by 20cm's, I've only been flying with a MOJO really up to now which is obviously set up for low hang points being a paragliding wing, thanks anyway, advice is appreciated.
