    Hello everyone! My name is Ric Winter. I live in Forest Row and i am really looking forward to flying in amazing East Sussex. I trained on a trike in the US but i have never foot launched. I will take the crossover training with Simon and want to get in the air in ES immediately! I have not scoped out any fields yet but I will soon.     Is a liscense required for use of the 2m frequencies? Is it strictly regulated? Anybody behind bars for not being liscensed? Who gives courses? Even if its not regulated it seems like a topic one might want to understand quite well before dipping in! Ric
