Guest
Get the App. The aware is great for short local flights when it's warm if you don't have an iPhone or pad. Mate I swear that I have used all of the available nav systems for flying over the last few years (in terms of software) and RunwayHD is 110% amazing! If you don't have an iPhone it will soon be available on android devices (like a couple of weeks soon) If you dont have an android or an iPhone where have you been for the last 10 years! Guest
Not forgetting though that the Airbox Runway HD software is NATS approved. (the only one of all the software nave packages) Keen an eye on the ANO in 2016 for changes regarding paper maps in flight. SW
goode400
I love my ipad with the airnav pro app installed. Make sure your ipad is gps enabled. You can download the latest 1:500,000 or 1:250,000 charts for it.
