papster Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 Hi All I was wondering if anyone knows how the Alpha 5 is with a motor. I trained on advance wing. I appreciate the Alpha is a slow wing compared to reflex wing. I purchased the wing as it would be stable and have a reasonable take off and landing speed. I wanted to enter the sport and a level that suited my new pilot skill level and on a budget. I would have maybe liked to have gone for a reflex but budget at that point did not allow. If anyone has had experience with the Alpha 5 would be great to get some info on its characteristics. Needless to say I have not had a chance to fly the wing myself now fully kitted just waiting for weather to allow. Any advice always appreciated.
