pete_b
...What is the benefit of this type of 'centrifugal' prop? http://www.razeebuss.com/machine.html?Ben Less drag when the engine is off but some paramotors use the weight of the prop as inertia to help start the motor. Guest
This looks like the evolution I had hoped to find in the airgate!!!! It appears to be a minmal launch vehicle with a reclining harness and low hang points. It has minimal drag and weight. It appears to be an attempt to give a paraglider and means of getting into the lift without a hill. Hurray. I want a demo. The folding prop idea has been used on powered hang gliders for some time where the pilot is prone as in a non powered hangie.
