AndyB
There was also a near miss last year with a Military heli and a ppg. There was also a "too close" between me and 2 hawks in March this year. The RAF have been very helpful and very cooperative in making sure we know where each other is. I fly in the "area of intense aerial activity" used for low flying by the RAF. A few weeks back I had told them where I was going and at what height. A military Hercules flew below me at about 200 feet, with me at 1100 - as I was going over a town.
