Si i noticed a lot of your trainee's jump into the seat fairly quickly after take off on that video, is this something you encourage as i'm always thinking what if i need to feet down again ??
Some people have seen this and laughed at the fact I keep running after getting in the seat (non-pilots though to be honest)

Hi Cas,
Although I have seen the lines get caught after landing and turning around.

Cheers You guys have any objections to the GoPro going on the helmet for flight 3?

Nice one Danny. I was the second bloke to go up that day and yes it was bumpy. While being up there, I actually liked it but the approach to land was a bit dodgy. God knows what I would have done if Simon wasn't in my ear. I've watched the video about 100 times
Anyway, nice one on putting the blog together. Interesting read and from a new pilot myself, I can relate.
Good luck on your next day on the airfield fella

Do none of these mobile apps show where lines are e.g. like some sat navs show speed cameras?

Thanks Hodders and Simon. Yeh I did a bit of reading on this after I posted. I assumed this was a site issue because I hadn't seen this before. (And I am in IT Security....) so just for anyone else in the future reading this: I have checked the site and all is safe. https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.paramotorclub.org
Therefore I will be using Chrome to view this as of now. Can't stop using FF as I use so many of the plugins for work. But happy to fire up Chrome to get my daily fix of PPG forum.
Thanks have a good day

Hi All,
I read this site everyday with Firefox but today I get this:
An error occurred during a connection to www.paramotorclub.org. The OCSP server suggests trying again later. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_TRY_SERVER_LATER
Chrome is fine. I think this happened a month or so ago. Not sure what changed.
Anyone else getting this?
Thanks
Danny

Hi Stevie,
Like many I guess, I wish I could've been there. Don't suppose you guys got any videos anywhere please?

Nice one. You were grinning from ear to ear
I had my first day cancelled, bloody weather, and was gutted. Fingers crossed though.
Take care
Danny

No pics but a small video if anyone is interested. I love it when there's a few people there. Good laugh
