It maybe because its a facebook video that is only viewable to you. When you click the link I assume you are logged into facebook.
It maybe that I can't view as I don't have the permission within facebook.
Try changing the permission of the video to public. That may fix it.

hmmm thats really interesting, thanks.
I can see the benefit of an e-reader, being simple and very readable.
Certainly an option to consider, i'll investigate more.
Anyone else have any recommendations?

I originally wanted to learn to skydive and was almost at the point of signing up for an aff course. Not actually sure what made me change my mind. I got into motorbikes as a hobby instead. Then in 2007 spotted a YouTube video of this amazing thing called a paramotor. Youtube was still quite new then. The camera shot I saw from first person view with the guys legs just dangling there with complete freedom and exposure sold it to me. I pretty much knew there and then that I needed to give it a go. Well unfortunately that’s pretty much all I did! About 10 flights in I had a scare and it made me sell up and go back to bikes. I’ve always kept an eye on the sport since and will freely admit that it was Tuckers videos that finally made me pull the trigger and get back into it. This time I’m determined to stay.

Well that’s me screwed then!
If we can get a spell of decent weather we’ll both be vlogging in the sky

What a difference in video one to where you are now!
By the way if I appear on any of your videos looking anything other than god-like i'll be raking a thorn bush along your wing next time.

Hi,
Just to clarify, i'm very much an Apple fanboy (yes i know, i'm an idiot). I'm planning what I will use to fly with for navigation and tracking etc. I initially thought my phone but actually I want to keep that free for photos and videos etc.
So then I thought, i'll sell my iPad and get an iPad mini. Velcro it to my flight deck and hey presto!
But then.......I'm thinking, why not look for an android tablet. There must be one that will do a perfectly good job and likely be half the price.
So....any recommendations for an android tablet with a decent bright screen that will be good for PPGPS or Runway HD etc?
(Or should I stick to plan A and destroy my bank balance and get an iPad?)

Hi Knockee,
There is Airways in Derbyshire. No idea what they are like as i've had no contact with them.
I'm sure others will be along with more suggestions too.
Welcome to the forum!

Wow, have you reported that UFO to the military??
Maybe our new friends can help us with a new kind of paramotor propulsion!

Looking forward to my first PMC flyin!
Not sure i'll actually be flying but i'll certainly be bringing everything just in case.
Simon, ok to bring a Phantom quad down to get some footage if it's not flyable?

Plus it might be flyable to get to college, but not to get home again.

As long as that's one of them super paramotors that has crumple zones it will be fine to keep flying

If your flight battery is Lipo though then it would be best to disconnect that and start it on the car battery then reconnect the lipo after it's warmed up.
Personally i'd probably wire in a power point off the car (Fused!) so I could jump it easily straight from the car. Then you don't have to worry about charging another battery.

Do you know what the battery type is that's in there at the moment?
If it's just a normal lead acid then it should be easy to come up with a suitable solution to help.

I have two that I want to make this year, Parafest and the PMC summer fly in.

Hi all,
I've recorded a couple of videos of the Universal 1.1 no flying yet unfortunately, but an unboxing and also installation of tip steering lines and trimmer adjustment.
Thought they might be useful for anyone who's purchased one or looking to get one.

Ground Handling Sites??

As above, i've practiced in parks and never asked permission.
It's a kite as far as i'm concerned when i'm on the ground. I'm obviously very careful in how I practice. I keep away from people and if anyone gets near i drop the wing and wait for it to be clear again but i've never had any problems an any interactions have always been positive with people.
