Just spoke to one parent, they approved, waiting for the man of the house to get home and I will let you all know! However I do need to contact this other chap to discuss training tomorrow, and hopefully by this weekend we could all organise something if that is okay with both of you?

I have a gcse in engineering, but it was a c, might be a bit dodgy but no worries, I am sure I could do that, and my brother fixes rc planes so he will have the tools! Haha and poor Dave !
D
Maybe a good idea if possible Dave? Experienced pilot to text it would be helpful! thanks! And cheers! I will owe you a pint at a flyin for the prop then!

Dave, how much would you like for the prop as I can imagine I may fall on my ass and smash one if I am not careful! Haha
-
Thanks for the honesty, nothing major then! How hard are the mounts to replace? But other than that, will it all be checked and fitted? Just thought id also ask, what's the harness like?
-
Looks good! Cheers what hours does it have on it? And what fuel tank? But thanks!
Also, does anyone know the rough fuel consumption on these? Just out of interest!

It has been known but its not a certainty.
Blag a lift from someone! tell them you are going to collect a flying machine
SW
I like that idea, however it is a 9 hour round trip.. not sure if i could blag that much! if i could fly already, i would catch the train and fly it back! haha

-
Yes he would the fker !!
I approve of this...
-
So you wouldn't consider selling early to a fellow forumer? but thanks! i will keep an eye open! maybe i could get the full training and setup for the same price?
-
How heavy are you?
If the scales are right.. approx 9st which is 57KG i think..? i'm 5'9"

I'll let you know, cheers! what motors would you recommend as i wouldn't have a clue? But thqnks! i'll speak with this other chap and get back to you

Micheal a friend of mine has a eagle genie wing for sale, it's an early semi reflex design by mike Campbell jones , fast enough to handle more lively conditions and slow and stable enough for a beginner to gain confidence on
It's in great nick and he only wants £250 for it
It's a proper motor wing and a far better option than the one you have been offered
I like the sound of that! although im worried if i buy a separate wing, whether he would still do the deal on the motor and training! unless i can pick up a motor for £900 and do the proper training with Chilly or UKPPG? any thoughts!? Also, how do i contact this fella?
Cheers!
PS: still have everything you gave me 3 years ago and the flying suit fits me great! thanks again
