Farmer_Dave Posted June 6, 2014 Share Posted June 6, 2014 Hi guys Nice to be back in the air again. Breaking in a new motor so popped across to Exmoor and back (44 miles) last night. Lundy island looked lovely in Sunny waters. Bit slow with my thermalling wing @ 23 mph but quarter throttle and 3 litres / hour fuel use were pleasant and nothing melted ! I went for a pull start Minari 180 which sits nicely in a Bulldog frame. Seems to run well. Do you consider it would be worth putting a venturi shroud on the engine.
