I have until yesterday to get this done. STARTERS. Gala Melon with Fruits of the Forest Compost and Blackcurrant Sorbet. Christmas Stilton Tart with home made Cranberry and Onion Marmalade. Freashly Baked Bread served with Olived, Chilli Oil & Homemade Feta Paste. Warm Whole Camembret with a herb crust and chilli flakes & freashly baked bread. Caesar Salad with Fresh Parmesan and Smoked Bakon. Bubble and Squeek Soup. MAIN COURSE. A Rosted Turkey escalope stuffed with a cranberry farce wrapped in smoked bakon with a wine jus, new potatoes and veg. Thai Style Salmon Fillet on a bed of Chilli roasted new potatoed. Roasted Lamb Rump with roast garlic and rosemary new potatoes. Roasted Pepper stuffed with mushrooms, broccoli and leeks in a stilton & cream sauce on taglitiatelle. Sirloin Steak with layered potato cake stir fried tomatoes and mushrooms and a cream of peppercorn sauce & Veg. DESERT Christmas Pudding. Rich Chocolate Spoon cake served with cream or Ice Cream. Apple and Blackberry Tart served with cream or Ice Cream. Sticky Toffee Pudding Maple & Walnut Ice Cream topped with fresh walnut & drizzed with maple syrup.
