This safety bulletin is a "must read" for all flyers of parawings as it affects our understanding of the current DHV rating of our gliders. Without wishing to re-ignite any debates it must also be considered in relation to reflex and semi-reflex wing designs. (in my opinion;-) If you allready knew all this please disregard this post.
