James1983 Posted February 10, 2021 Share Posted February 10, 2021 Hi All, I´m hoping to do the training and maybe buy my own epuipment this year. Wanted to get an idea of costs and training. I´m based in Spain and have a lot of experience in Skydiving. Is that sort of experience enough to do a conversion course rather than beginner? I see it´s possible with paragliding experience. Obviously there is no ground launching in skydiving but plenty of canopy control. How long and how much, more or less is a course that will allow me to fly on my own? I see a pretty intensive 9 day course for GBP 1950 which is quite expensive for me. It seems like 9 days might be a bit much to get to the basic level I want. Thanks!
