AndyB
HI, friend of mine wants to fly to Malaga and take Nitro 200 with. He is having trouble sorting out how to do this. Have any of you done this before and if so what's the best way? Cheers, Andy ps. I have told him to register on here!
cianpars
All I know is that you have to crate and weigh the gear and ask the individual airline what they charge, Andy. Clearly all fuel must be drained. Different airlines have different policies and charges. Flying in Spain must be great. Always warm and rarely much wind. Did a google search and did find out a lot more on the subject. Interesting. Edited November 29, 2017 by cianpars
AndyB
Thank for the advice. Yes, Spain is amazing. I usually tell my wife when the weather might NOT be good, so she knows when I won't be flying.
Gilmour Dickson
I have never done it Andy, but I would have thought that Andalusia being what it is the easiest and least hassle way would be to send the Nitro on one of the dozens of UK - Spain shipping companies that do regular freight runs. I quick online scan shows 25 kilos to Spain in 2-4 days for Euro 26 as an example. As I say I have no prior experience, but I have read about a few instances of airlines getting problematic with paramotors. https://www.ecoparcel.eu/
