Normal for chassis to hit back of thighs?

Sorry for the dumb question - my Backbone Stronger 125 always hits the back of my thighs when I'm walking and running, so it limits range of motion and makes running and walking pretty damn awkward. Is this normal for a paramotor, or are there units that allow for a full stride when running and walking?

it is normal without the wing pulling upwards.

on takeoff and landing the wing is pulling the pmotor upwards so its riding higher on your back so shouldn't be a problem.

if your problem is when walking around, try tightening the shoulder straps on the harness to get the pmotor higher on your back.

some of the local pilots here have removed the horizontal support on their zeniths to increase clearance .

Personally I don't have such problem on my V3.
